Police have launched a second investigation,, into Thursday's security scare at Piarco International.. involving an aircraft with explosives.
The plane and crew have already left... having been cleared.. as law enforcement determined.. that no laws were broken.
Now, police say.. a separate national security investigation is underway... into how the plane was allowed to land in the first place.. without the required prior authorization.
