Known worldwide as pioneers of technical and aggressive metal, Jeff Waters proved with this track that he could also write a melodic and catchy rock ballad. In fact, it was such an unexpected hit in 1993 that it surprised many fans who only expected speed and chaos. Itโs proof that sometimes the "toughest" musicians have an incredible sense of melody.
At THE RENDER LINE, I wanted to capture ๊ทธ sensitivity while giving it a rock sound with much more grit and presence. Iโve transformed the original acoustic atmosphere into a piece with powerful electric guitars that keep the feeling but with our signature energy.
