In Adelaide the Prime Minister has moved to reassure two major South Australian regional communities the federal government will support them as their manufacturing hubs continue to face uncertain futures. Mr Albanese says he remains committed to steel-making in Whyalla while negotiations are continuing to keep smelting operations going in Port Pirie.
