FISHING TRIP GOES WRONG AS HANDLE BREAKS AND WOMAN FALLS ON FAVORITE ROD

Watch this clip where a routine fishing trip quickly turns into disaster after a trolling motor handle suddenly snaps, sending an angler flying backwards onto their favorite fishing rod and breaking it in the process.
Tammy Kimmel from Rockwall, Texas, was fishing on Lake Forkin Texas, USA, when the painful moment was caught on camera.
She said: “I was changing the lure on my fishing pole when my friend said I need to hurry and pull up the trolling motor because we are about to hit the shallow water.
"I rushed up there and grabbed the handle to pull it up when the handle broke off and I flew backwards, landing on my rod and breaking it. It was my favorite fishing rod.”
