This follows their 141-run win against Guyana on the final day of the West Indies Championship in Antigua, which saw Team Red Force dethroning the Harpy Eagles.
Resuming on 265 for 8, T&T were all out for 267, with Evin Lewis registering 122, while Veerasammy Permaul took four scalps.
Set 281 to win, Guyana were skittled out for 139, with Jayden Seales and Terrence Hinds grabbing three wickets apiece.
