As the diphtheria outbreak crosses multiple borders the federal government's stepping in with a multi-million-dollar package for more vaccines and more workers to deliver them. With about 230 cases so far this year and counting the outbreak is the largest on record with authorities around the country mobilising to try and stem the spread.
