Marcos names former senator Tolentino acting Labor chief
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. names former senator Francis Tolentino as the new acting Secretary of the Department of Labor and Employment, Malacañang announced on May 25, 2026. Tolentino replaces Bienvenido Laguesma who stepped down due to health reasons.
