इस बार मामला सीधे Supreme Court तक पहुंच गया है।
CJP के खिलाफ CBI जांच की मांग वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई की मांग की गई।लेकिन CJI सूर्यकांत की बेंच ने तुरंत सुनवाई से इनकार कर दिया।सुनवाई के दौरान CJI ने कहा, “इतनी भावुकता से मत लीजिए।”
कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि मामले में “कोई grave urgency” नहीं है।
सोशल मीडिया पर अब इस बयान को लेकर नई बहस छिड़ गई है।
