One Hand Snatches w/117¾lb this afternoon, and my Upper Traps are FRIED! Gotta calm that pony down with my left, but overall, not bad. I think a combination of being out of practice AND different movement patterns from all the Swings have thrown me off. We'll see how things go over the next couple of weeks. God Bless.
