24-Year-Old Shannon Miller of Goodwood Tobago appeared before a Scarborough Court charged with murder in the disappearance of two-year-old Angelo Tobias Plaza.
The infant was reported missing on the night of May 11th from his Cambridge Trace Goodwood Tobago home.
