Bruno Rodriguez: Cuba is not an enemy of the US and does not seek to be one

Appearing before the United Nations Security Council on Tuesday, the Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, called for peace in response to the united states' escalating aggressions and threats against the island.
