NASA की हालिया रिपोर्ट ने बिहार और पश्चिम बंगाल के बढ़ते प्रदूषण को लेकर बड़ा खुलासा किया है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक फैक्ट्रियों, वाहनों, कोयले और ईंट भट्टों से निकलने वाले black carbon particles हिमालय तक पहुंचकर बर्फ को काला कर रहे हैं। इससे ग्लेशियर तेजी से पिघल रहे हैं। वैज्ञानिकों ने चेतावनी दी है कि आने वाले समय में इससे बाढ़, पानी की कमी और बड़ा climate crisis पैदा हो सकता है।
NASA’s latest climate report has raised serious concerns over rising pollution levels in Bihar and West Bengal. According to the study, black carbon particles from factories, vehicles, coal burning and brick kilns are reaching the Himalayas and darkening the snow surface. Scientists warn that this is accelerating glacier melting and could trigger floods, water shortages and a massive climate crisis across India and South Asia in the coming decades.
