Dharmendra Pradhan takes responsibility for CBSE, NEET-UG controversies

In an exclusive with India Today, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that the controversies surrounding NEET and CBSE examinations were deeply unfortunate and said such incidents should never have happened.
