Tensions escalate between Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano and DILG Secretary Jonvic Remulla over Sen. Jinggoy Estrada's arrest on Monday.
During their discussion, Cayetano refused to have Estrada arrested inside the Senate premises, stating that this was never done before. The Sandiganbayan’s 5th Division issued on Monday a warrant of arrest against Estrada and four co-accused in connection with the plunder case filed against them.
During the tense argument, Remulla told Cayetano that the last person he took in custody escaped the Senate. (Contributed video)
