a former cop and current host of a vigilante reality TV show, Miles Long, who uses his camera to catch criminals violating parole. When a parolee he previously helped put in jail kidnaps his girlfriend's daughter, Miles trades his camera for a 9mm handgun to go on a rescue mission.
