Five passengers were injured after a glass panel shattered inside a Kelana Jaya Line train near Dang Wangi Station in Kuala Lumpur at around 6:07pm on Thursday (June 5).
The incident was triggered when the train’s automatic safety system activated, causing a sudden stop.
