Police barred entry to the official residence of Tunku Besar Tampin ahead of a ceremony to proclaim a new Yang di-Pertuan Besar for Negri Sembilan on Friday (June 5).
The Undangs of Jelebu, Johol, and Rembau, and the Datuk Shahbandar of Sungei Ujong were initially stopped at the locked main gate before being allowed in after tensions rose.
