A video of an individual putting a cat in a sack has gone viral on TikTok.
In a statement issued, Hilir Perak OCPD Asst Comm Chua Kok Lian said the police are aware of the viral video and believe the incident occurred near an eatery in Taman Melor in Teluk Intan.
