Romanian authorities said they were able to evacuate people in Romania's Black Sea port of Constanta before a maritime drone self-detonated on Friday (June 5) due to Ukraine's notification.
Ukraine earlier had said the drone had been jammed by Russia before drifting toward Romania's coast.
