Stacey Moore from Kent, UK, shared the touching footage, which captures the family's heartfelt reaction as her daughter returns home following a lengthy hospital stay.
During her treatment, Stacey claims the family had been told she had only a 50% chance of survival, and she was placed on Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) in the hope that she would pull through.
The emotional clip resonated with viewers online, many of whom shared messages of support and relief for the family.
Stacey said: "Our daughter surprising family after 10 weeks in hospital, we were told she had 50% of survival. She had been placed on ECMO in the hope she would make it.
