जम्मू-कश्मीर और लद्दाख को जोड़ने वाली महत्वाकांक्षी Zojila Tunnel परियोजना ने एक बड़ा मील का पत्थर हासिल कर लिया है।
केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने आज Tunnel के Breakthrough Blast को ट्रिगर किया।करीब 13.15 किलोमीटर लंबी यह सुरंग देश की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर परियोजनाओं में से एक मानी जा रही है।
इसके पूरा होने के बाद कश्मीर और लद्दाख के बीच सालभर सड़क संपर्क बना रहेगा।फिलहाल बर्फबारी के कारण कई महीनों तक यह मार्ग बंद हो जाता है।Tunnel बनने से यात्रा का समय लगभग 3 घंटे से घटकर सिर्फ 15 मिनट रह जाएगा।इससे सेना की आवाजाही, आपूर्ति और रणनीतिक तैयारियों को बड़ी मजबूती मिलेगी।साथ ही पर्यटन, व्यापार और स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को भी नया बढ़ावा मिलेगा।जानिए इस ऐतिहासिक परियोजना की पूरी कहानी और इसके दूरगामी प्रभाव।
The strategically important Zojila Tunnel project has achieved a major milestone today.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari triggered the breakthrough blast of the 13.15-kilometre tunnel.
The tunnel will connect Kashmir and Ladakh with all-weather road access throughout the year.
Currently, heavy snowfall often disrupts connectivity between the two regions.
Once completed, travel time through the route will reduce from nearly three hours to just 15 minutes.
The project is expected to significantly strengthen military mobility and logistics.
It will also improve supply chains and economic opportunities in the region.
Tourism, trade, and local development are likely to receive a major boost.
