A thorough investigation into the garbage-dumping incident outside the office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in Davao City will be conducted, Malacañang said.
According to Remulla, the investigation could determine whether negligence occurred and whether any environmental laws were violated. Castro added that it will depend on the offense that may have been committed. (Video courtesy of RTVM via Betheena Unite | MB)
