Trusting the movement more-if that makes any sense- with 105¾lb of Brutus. It's interesting cuz l can read a bunch of descriptions, look at old stills or watch videos, but AT SOME POINT, l MUST trust my body's interpretation of the intent. The body may confuse, but it never lies. God Bless!
