An Indian Air Force (IAF) AN-32 transport aircraft crashed while landing at the Rowriah Airbase in Jorhat, Assam. The tragic incident resulted in the loss of five brave personnel, including two Agniveervayu, while the co-pilot survived with injuries. Following the crash, the IAF has ordered a high-level Court of Inquiry to ascertain the exact cause behind the accident involving the decades-old aircraft.
