Prosecution panel rules out surprise witnesses
House Lead Prosecutor Rep. Gerville Luistro said that they will not present any surprise witnesses in the upcoming impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte as they will showcase their evidence and witnesses during the pre-trial scheduled on Thursday, May 18.
