A three-year-old girl is charming viewers online thanks to her remarkable bond with the animals she shares her days with.

Videos show little Lasca, from California, USA, confidently interacting with goats and horses, riding one of the family's goats, helping feed animals, and even pushing a wheelbarrow full of hay around the property.

In one heart-warming clip, several horses appear to approach and check on Lasca as she wanders around the farmyard, while in another she happily collect items she finds on the ground and loads them into her wheelbarrow.

Lasca, who turned three in April, lives a busy outdoor life surrounded by animals and nature.

Her mother, Laura La Rue, 33, runs a natural dye clothing business, while her father, Boone Campbell, 40, works as a lobster fisherman.

According to Laura, Lasca has always wanted to be involved in everything happening around her and has been helping with daily tasks since she was barely able to walk.

Whether if it's caring for animals, working in the garden or joining outdoor adventures, Lasca is happiest when she is learning something new.

Laura said: "She also absolutely loves animals and helping care for them.

"Honestly, it feels like she started helping as soon as she could walk.

"She has always wanted to be involved in whatever the adults are doing and has never been content just sitting on the sidelines watching.

"Horses are definitely her biggest obsession right now. If she could spend every waking moment riding, she probably would.

"We have a variety of animals at home, and she is always eager to help feed them, check on them and spend time with them.

"She genuinely loves having a job to do and takes her responsibilities very seriously.

"More than anything, it makes me smile because I love seeing her confidence and excitement when she's learning new things.

"Whether it's working in the garden, helping care for animals, cooking or assisting with outdoor projects, she wants to be right in the middle of it.

"We joke that she was born wanting a job.

"One of my favourite things about Boone is the way he encourages Lasca's curiosity and independence.

"He's incredibly patient with her and gives her the space to explore, learn, make mistakes and figure things out for herself.

"She isn't just watching life happen around her, she's actively part of it, and I think that's something really special.

"We love her kid brain.

"We like to have her involved in whatever we're working on, as long as it's safe.”
