Harry Styles has been performing at Wembley Stadium as part of his record-breaking residency. Among the thousands of fans who have been to see him are 22-year-old Caitlin, her sister Carys and their mother from South Wales. Caitlin says Styles's music helped her through a battle with anxiety, and said the singer's songs provided comfort and confidence during some of her toughest moments.
