यह सिर्फ 2027 के यूपी चुनाव की लड़ाई नहीं, बल्कि संसद में ‘सुपर मेजॉरिटी’ के बड़े खेल की कहानी है। उत्तर प्रदेश की राजनीति में उस समय भूचाल आ गया जब डिप्टी सीएम केशव प्रसाद मौर्य ने दावा किया कि समाजवादी पार्टी के 25-26 सांसद बीजेपी के संपर्क में हैं और कभी भी बड़ा राजनीतिक घटनाक्रम हो सकता है। वहीं मंत्री ओम प्रकाश राजभर ने भी अखिलेश यादव को अपने सांसदों की एकजुटता पर सवाल उठाते हुए खुली चुनौती दे दी। इन बयानों के बाद सियासी गलियारों में ‘ऑपरेशन लोटस’ की चर्चाएं तेज हो गई हैं। दावा किया जा रहा है कि टीएमसी और शिवसेना (यूबीटी) के कुछ सांसदों की संभावित बगावत के साथ अगर सपा में भी टूट होती है तो एनडीए संसद में दो-तिहाई बहुमत के बेहद करीब पहुंच सकता है। हालांकि समाजवादी पार्टी इन दावों को पूरी तरह खारिज कर रही है और इसे बीजेपी का राजनीतिक माइंड गेम बता रही है। अब सबकी नजर इस बात पर है कि क्या यह सिर्फ बयानबाजी है या फिर किसी बड़े सियासी खेल की पटकथा तैयार हो चुकी है।
