Residents reported what they called 'black rain' in Moscow following a massive Ukrainian drone strike on a Russian oil refinery on Thursday, June 18. The attack, described in the broadcast as the largest Ukrainian attack, ignited the facility and released black oil particles into the atmosphere. These particles mixed with rain droplets, resulting in dark showers that have coated vehicles, surfaces, and residential areas in a layer of black soot.
