Watch as a hungry pelican launches a surprise attack on a man attempting to feed a fish in the Florida Keys.
Ellie Magri captured the hilarious wildlife encounter at Robbie's in Islamorada, Florida,USA.
The video shows Ellie's father holding a fish over the water as he prepares to feed it. But before the fish gets a chance to eat, an opportunistic pelican swoops in from nowhere.
The large bird lunges toward the man's hand, snatching the fish for itself in a split-second raid. Startled by the sudden attack, the man recoils as the pelican claims its prize.
Ellie Magri said: "My dad was trying to feed a fish when a pelican decided to come and attack him to take the fish out of his hand."
