Arthur Lifts with 139lb & 168½lb. VERY happy with getting little fingers on the rings w/o a struggle. Probably could've used some Neck Bridges the day before to help with the shoulder & neck alignment. Looking forward to getting on a regular schedule with these again. The Erector work from hopping the bar up along with the shoulder mobility developed to get the bar into the final position is hard to beat. Definitely worth a try. God Bless.
