Conversions are at the heart of Renault's commercial vehicle strategy, with one in every two LCVs converted. To provide even more effective support for our customers, Renault is creating “converted by Renault”, a range of factory-built conversions.
This new solution meets a range of expectations:
Fast and easy ordering: a single contact within the Renault network, delivery times that are 30% shorter on average and a single invoice
Reliability, quality and peace of mind: an assembly process using high-quality parts sourced from our approved body shops with a single 100% Renault warranty. Also, customers can directly repair the converted part of their vehicle within the Renault network
Optimised resale value: the vehicle's “residual value” includes the converted part
“converted by Renault” is available on Kangoo with a crew cab and on Trafic with a 5- or 6-seater crew cab. For Master, this solution covers dropside flatbed bodies, single-and triple-axle tippers, large-capacity vehicles (between 20 and 23 m²) and very soon crew cab models. It will also be available on the future Trafic E-Tech electric.
