Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla says on June 24, 2026 that the school shooting in Tacloban, Leyte was a case of 'bullying gone wrong,' aggravated by exposure to violent video games. He said authorities were looking at the culpability of the aunt and parents of the minors for their access to the firearms used in the shooting. He also said the other gun had fake serial number.
