Northern leaders push Olympic and Paralympic Games bid for the 2040s

Senior regional leaders have met in Sheffield to discuss a possible Olympic and Paralympic Games spread across the North of England.
Supporters say the plan could bring major investment, but it remains at an early stage and under review.
