A major international telecoms fair, the Mobile World Congress (MWC), opens in Shanghai, with Chinese industry giants showcasing network-based artificial intelligence solutions aimed at reshaping digital infrastructure for global markets. "Artificial intelligence is shattering the ceiling on the telecom industry's growth, allowing us to reach audiences we have never served before," China Mobile Chairman Chen Zhongyue said during a speech at the opening ceremony, underscoring the strategic pivot toward network-embedded technology.
