As I long as I live in New York State a state that I never wanted to live in as minor but was forced and since Genesee County DSS manages my Social Security and until my services are transferred to Los Angeles and they are able to provide care I am not going to complying I will be taking advange of it until I have every service transferred to Los Angeles. Genesee County DSS is paying my way in life because my Mental Health and i have shown that I am able to pass the New State Insurance Exam. I should be able to manage my own money.
