Pune fort murder victim Ketan Agarwal's father Vishal Agarwal met Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to seek justice for his son and urged him to establish a fast-track court and appoint Ujjwal Nikam as a special public prosecutor in the case.
