The Security Service of Ukraine has reported that its drones have successfully attacked the Vtorovo oil pumping station located in Russia's Vladimir region, a critical logistics hub for fuel distribution to Moscow. According to the SBU, the operation was executed by its Alpha Special Operations Center, with initial assessments indicating damage to technical structures. As noted by Kyiv Post, this site is managed by JSC Transneft-Upper Volga and facilitates the transportation of diesel to the Moscow Ring Oil Product Pipeline and ports along the Baltic Sea. This marks the second known assault on this facility within the month, following an incident on June 10. The attack highlights Kyiv's strategic emphasis on disrupting Russian logistical frameworks.
