The album "Headquarters" was released on May 22, 1967 and charted at No. 1 in the US, only to be replaced the following week by the Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"; it was for 11 consecutive weeks at the No. 2 position as "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" and "Headquarters" became the two top-selling records during the legendary "Summer of Love" period.
I like this song for the great guitar work & guitar licks in it... all done by the Monkees themselves!
