Mid-winter festival bringing warmth and creativity to regional Victoria

We may be in the depths of winter but in east Gippsland in Victoria, thousands of revellers aren't hiding from the cold they're embracing it. Over the next month, hundreds of events are being held to celebrate the region's winter festival.
