Leigh Geoffrey Sushames sentenced to 40 years for murdering officer

A Tasmanian man who murdered a police officer in the state's northwest last year will spend at least 25-years in prison. A judge said the man showed "callousness almost beyond comprehension" when he shot constable Keith Smith.
