A sexual harassment class action has been brought against mining giant Fortescue. Female workers claim they were subject to an appalling range of behaviours, including rape and assault at the company’s remote mining sites. The company owned by billionaire Andrew Forrest is the world’s fourth largest iron ore exporter and now joins BHP and Rio Tinto fighting similar action in the federal court.
