In a significant escalation, Ukraine executed its most extensive drone strike to date in the ongoing conflict, targeting the Poltavskaya oil depot located in Russia's Krasnodar region alongside two prominent oil refineries in Ufa, nearly 1,500 kilometers away from the frontline. President Zelenskyy stated that the attacks were a direct reaction to Russia's persistent bombardment of Ukrainian urban areas. During a single overnight mission, Ukrainian forces also took out three crucial bridges in territories held by Russia, aimed at disrupting vital supply lines for Russian military operations and munitions. Additional strikes included a logistics warehouse, a command center in Donetsk, and two radar installations near Kerch. Ukraine's General Staff verified that all operations were part of a well-coordinated 40-day campaign orchestrated by the nation's special forces, intelligence agencies, and drone units.
