The high-profile Ketan Agrawal Murder case in Maharashtra has taken a dramatic new turn. While the prime accused, Siya Goyal and her alleged lover Chetan Chaudhary, are already facing Murder charges, a fresh legal battle has now erupted over the defense team itself. Advocate Ashutosh Srivastava, who claims to represent Siya Goyal, has served a ₹10 crore defamation notice to Siya's brother, Sahil Goyal. Sahil alleges that Ashutosh Srivastava is not the family's lawyer and claims signatures on the vakalatnama were obtained through deception. Srivastava has strongly denied the allegations, insisting that his appointment as Siya's legal counsel is completely valid. Meanwhile, during court proceedings, Siya Goyal identified Advocate Vipul Dushing as her lawyer.
