Ireland 'ambitious' to open more negotiation chapters with Ukraine during EU presidency
Ireland's Minister of State for European Affairs and Defence, Thomas Byrne, said the country's six-month EU presidency will be a "generational moment" with key priorities, including opening more negotiation clusters with Ukraine and strengthening the EU's economy.
