राम मंदिर चढ़ावा चोरी मामले में अयोध्या बार एसोसिएशन के फैसले ने बड़ा विवाद खड़ा कर दिया है। एसोसिएशन ने कहा है कि इस केस में जिन 8 आरोपियों पर आरोप हैं, उनका केस कोई भी वकील नहीं लड़ेगा और नियम तोड़ने पर सख्त कार्रवाई व जुर्माना भी लगाया जाएगा।
इस फैसले पर Vishva Hindu Parishad के अंतरराष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष आलोक कुमार ने कड़ी आपत्ति जताई है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह निर्णय संविधान और वकीलों की पेशेवर नैतिकता के खिलाफ है।
The Ayodhya Bar Association’s decision in the Ram Mandir donation theft case has triggered a major controversy. The association declared that no lawyer will represent the 8 accused, warning of strict action and a heavy penalty against violators.
Vishva Hindu Parishad President Alok Kumar strongly opposed the decision, calling it against the Constitution and professional legal ethics.
He further emphasized that every accused has the right to fair trial and legal defence, as upheld by the Supreme Court of India. He urged the Bar Association to reconsider its decision.
