Ombudsman Jesus Crispin "Boying" Remulla stated on Friday, July 3, that conflict of interest is a "sin" every public official must avoid. Speaking to legal interns, he shared how a former lawmaker couple appeared confused about why they were being investigated for government contracts while operating their own construction firm.
