Fabiana Blanco, a 12-year-old from La Guaira, spent 30 hours trapped under the rubble of her collapsed home following the earthquakes that struck Venezuela on June 24 before being rescued by emergency teams.
Her calm behaviour during the ordeal earned her the nickname "the girl with the smile" after a video of her rescue circulated widely on social media.
