Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Cristina Roque confirmed on Saturday, July 4, that the country has received 23 free trade agreements - the most trade agreements received under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
DTI Secretary Roque reported exports grew 15.4% in 2025, an all‑time high, with sustained growth in 2026. She highlighted the ASEAN FTA and ongoing negotiations for the Canada FTA, which will grant Philippine exports preferential market access.
