It has been revealed under-pressure Territory Labor politician Manuel Brown has been claiming a $450 nightly allowance at times when he has stayed at a Palmerston home he owns. Fronting a press conference today to talk about his driving record, Brown also revealed his taxpayer-funded car was used by his electoral office for personal use.
